Terms of Service

These terms apply to the plugins, scripts and tools sold or distributed by 3DtoAll ("we") through www.3dtoall.com and our stores on Gumroad and Payhip. By buying, downloading or using our products you agree to them.

License

Each purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product. Each purchase can be registered to get one serial number. You may not resell, share, redistribute or publish the product, its serial numbers or its source code, or try to bypass its registration.

Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by Gumroad or Payhip under their own terms. If you are not happy with a product, contact us within 24 hours of your purchase and we will refund your money, no questions asked.

Updates and support

We provide support by email, Teams or remote desktop. Updates for new versions of the host 3D applications are offered at our discretion and may be sold as new versions.

No warranty

Products are provided "as is". Always keep backups of your scenes. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for lost data, lost work or indirect damages arising from the use of our products, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
